Why Go Solar

Steadier bills. Backup
power. A stronger home.

Going solar changes the things you feel every day, what you pay, whether the lights stay on, and what your home is worth.

  • Steadier energy costs

Make your own power and lean less on the utility every time they announce another rate increase.

  • Power through outages

Add battery storage and keep your essentials running when the grid, and your neighbors, go dark.

  • A home buyers notice

Owned solar and a clean black-on-black roofline can help your home stand out when it is time to sell.

Good Questions

Answers before you
ever pick up the phone

Can I go solar if I have an HOA?

In most cases, yes, and you won’t have to manage it alone. We coordinate directly with your HOA, handling the paperwork and approvals as part of every installation.

Do I need a new roof to install solar?

Not necessarily. We evaluate every roof case by case during your free assessment. If a replacement makes sense first, we can coordinate the roofing work as part of your project.

Can I store the extra energy my panels produce?

Yes. Battery storage lets you keep energy your system generates and use it in the evening or during an outage, instead of sending it all back to the grid.

What happens when the power goes out?

A standard grid-tied system shuts off during an outage for utility worker safety. Pairing your system with battery storage or a backup generator keeps your essentials running.

Will solar affect the value of my home?

Studies have found that homes with owned solar systems often sell for more than comparable homes without them. The effect depends on your market and your system, we’ll walk you through what the research shows during your assessment.
