Every point where we attach to your roof is flashed, sealed, and warrantied for life. If a penetration we made ever leaks, fixing it is on us, not a subcontractor you have to track down.

Manufacturer warranty
The premium, North America-made panels we install carry the manufacturer’s own product and performance warranty, typically 25 years. Exact terms depend on the equipment, and we give you the specifics in writing.

Workmanship warranty
A standard 10-year workmanship warranty layer sits underneath the lifetime coverage, so the early years are protected several times over.

What does your lifetime warranty actually cover?
It covers our workmanship on the full system and on every roof penetration we make, for as long as you own the system. That is on top of the manufacturer’s panel warranty (typically 25 years) and a 10-year workmanship layer. We provide the complete written terms so nothing is left to interpretation.
What happens if my roof leaks after installation?
If a penetration we made ever leaks, fixing it is on us for the life of the system, under our roof-penetration warranty. Because we handle the roof mounting ourselves, there is one accountable team, not two contractors pointing at each other.
What if a panel stops working?
Panels are covered by the manufacturer’s product and performance warranty, typically 25 years. If one fails, we diagnose it and manage the manufacturer claim for you rather than leaving you to navigate it alone.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell my home?
Coverage terms, including how they transfer to a new owner, are spelled out in your written warranty documents. We walk you through exactly what transfers and how before you ever sign.
How do I make a warranty claim?
