Sunburst Solar Solutions (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Most of what we hold is what you choose to share, mainly through our free-assessment and contact forms. That can include:
- Your name, email address, and phone number, if you provide it
- Your property address or city, so we can identify your utility and design considerations
- Details about your home, energy goals, and the services you are interested in
- Any message you send us
When you submit a form, we also attach some technical context about that visit so we can answer you properly and understand which of our pages actually help people. This is collected automatically and sent to us with your request:
- The page you landed on, the pages you viewed on this site, and how long you spent
- The site or search that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed
- Your browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language, and time zone
- Whether you have visited us before
First-party visit context (pages viewed, referrer, device basics) is stored in your own browser and only sent to us when you choose to submit a form. Clearing your browser data erases it. If you never submit a form, that journey log never reaches us.
How we use your information
- To respond to your assessment request or question
- To prepare a design, proposal, and honest recommendation for your home
- To coordinate permitting, utility interconnection, and HOA paperwork if you move forward
- To follow up about your project and provide ongoing support
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to deliver the service you asked for (for example, submitting a permit or an interconnection application on your behalf) or as required by law.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-206PDH4P12) to
understand aggregate traffic and which pages help people decide. The script is loaded after
the page is idle or after your first interaction, and IP anonymization is enabled in our
configuration. Google may set cookies or use local storage as described in Google’s
documentation. We do not use Google Analytics for personalized advertising on this site.
Form delivery is handled by FormSubmit when you send an assessment or newsletter request. Social links open Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn on their sites under their own privacy policies.
You can block analytics cookies via your browser settings or extensions. Site core features (reading pages, calling us, emailing us) work without analytics.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have shared with us at any time. Just email stevemorse@sunburstsolarsolu.com and we will take care of it.
